Garlic Chives

A perennial quickly spreading plant. It develops flat, dark green leaves with a characteristic garlicky flavour. Its white flowers are delightful with a sweet aroma. It is used as a herb, as well as a medicinal or ornamental plant. Its leaves are added to salads, sandwiches and sauces.
