Sage

A perennial plant that grows to 50 to 80 cm tall. Its leaves and stems are densely covered with hairs. Its blue-purple flowers are delightful with a pleasant scent. It is an aromatic spice and a medicinal plant. Its fresh and dried green leaves perfectly complement meat, fish, cheese and sauces.
