    A late variety recommended for autumn harvest. Develops large, spherical roots that do not tend to get pithy. They consist of creamy-white, aromatic flesh. To be eaten after the harvest; can be made into preserves, frozen, or stored long term.

  • Celeriac Talar

    An early, very productive variety. It develops large, round roots covered with white skin. Its white flesh does not darken, and does not get pithy. It is recommended for direct consumption after the harvest, drying, freezing and preserving. It has a long storage life.
