SWISS CHARD – Sprouting seeds

Chard sprouts take on a bright red colour and have a slightly sweet taste. They perfectly complement cold and hot dishes with their excellent taste and hight content of vitamins and iron. You can grow them all year long at home on a windowsill or a kitchen countertop, and harvest six to nine days after the initial soaking of seeds.
