    A late variety that develops round or slightly flattened heads. It is compact, large, weighs 3.5 to 4.5 kg and consists of pale, almost white, crunchy leaves. A delicious variety intended to be eaten raw or cooked, or pickled and stored for the long term over winter. Coating ingredients: peat, dolomite, clay.
