Clary sage
A biennial, ornamental, spice, and melliferous plant that grows 70 to 90 cm tall. Long, ear-shaped flower clusters in shades of pink and purple. Leaves with a nutmeg flavour are used in vegetable, meat, and fish dishes.

Sage
