MUNG BEAN – Sprouting seeds
Mung bean sprouts are crunchy and mild. You can find them in many dishes of the Asiatic cuisine, but they also taste great in salads, sandwiches, and steamed or stir-fried dishes. You can grow them all year long indoors at room temperature. Usually, they taste best after three to five days of growing, stir-fried, blanched, or steamed.
