Rocket sprouts have an excellent, distinct, savoury taste with a hint of nuttiness. They add an extra kick to all salads, as well as meat and fish. You can grow them at home all year long. Rocket grows fast, and you can enjoy its sprouts four to five days after the initial soaking of dry seeds.
