Peppermint
A perennial plant that grows to 50 to 70 cm tall. It is used in medicine and as a spice. It develops dark green, exceptionally aromatic leaves and pink-purple flowers. Its leaves can be used fresh or dried for preparing infusions and beverages, as well as a flavouring for meat or desserts.
