Lovage

A perennial plant that grows up to 2 metres tall. It is used as a spice and in medicine. It has a strong flavour and a spicy taste. The fresh or dried dark green leaves, rhizomes and roots are used in the kitchen for flavouring soups, sauces, salads and meat.
